Evaluation Consultants was formed in 2003 to offer clients specialist engineering services cost and commercial management services. Since then, we have steadily grown and now offer the full range of cost consultancy and commercial management, project management, building surveying and contract support services. We still recognise the value of dedicated engineering services cost and commercial management and continue to provide these specialist services either as part of a wider offer or as a dedicated appointment.
